the hotel location is great. i liked the water machines available on each floor, i filled my refillable bottle often. beds were really comfortable, and the cleaning service did a good job.
the room door didn't have a secondary lock or peephole. the balcony door also didn't lock. i heard street conversations, it was very loud at night.

I found the location very convenient. My room had ample space and it was clean. The proximity to key attractions really charmed me (I walked everywhere!). I appreciated the quick access to transportation options. It helped me explore beyond the immediate area.

The receptionist upgraded our room. It overlooked the ramblas!!! i appreciated the free refills of water too. sitting areas in the lobby were comfy. I loved that feature.
