great central location

water machine comfortable bed good job
the hotel location is great. i liked the water machines available on each floor, i filled my refillable bottle often. beds were really comfortable, and the cleaning service did a good job.
the room door didn't have a secondary lock or peephole. the balcony door also didn't lock. i heard street conversations, it was very loud at night.

the breakfast has superb value for money and i liked sweets tubs in reception as well. there were fresh mineral and sparkling water on all floors.

convenient location ample space key attraction transportation option
I found the location very convenient. My room had ample space and it was clean. The proximity to key attractions really charmed me (I walked everywhere!). I appreciated the quick access to transportation options. It helped me explore beyond the immediate area.
The elevator felt a bit slow during peak hours. I sometimes opted for the stairs.

The front desk staff offered AMAZING advise. The location is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. The water fountains provided in the hallways for the guests were particularly useful.
I noticed the breakfast had limited choices.

the location was very convenient for accessing many attractions. the staff seemed friendly, always ready to assist. i found water stations on each floor, very helpful.
The amenities felt limited. No body lotion or hair conditioner was available in the bathroom. i also found no tissues anywhere. there was noise from the street and i could hear the metro. Even on the 4th floor.

convenient taps welcome gifts powerful shower
I loved how the hotel provided convenient water taps on every floor. That was a game changer! the welcome gifts really put a smile on my face. the kit kat and personalized card felt so thoughtful! i found the powerful shower to be fantastic, a great way to start the day.

The receptionist upgraded our room. It overlooked the ramblas!!! i appreciated the free refills of water too. sitting areas in the lobby were comfy. I loved that feature.
the bathroom had a strange odor, it wasn't strong but still noticeable.
